Mobile Sauna Plans

These notes, photos and drawings are intended to help you build your own sauna. The download includes 50+ pages of photos and notes from my many builds,  a materials list, including weights of common materials, and a dozen or so pages of detailed drawings. These plans, however, do not give basic instructions on using hand or power tools, basic carpentry, sound building practices, or basic safety procedures. If you lack these skills it is advised that you take a hands-on carpentry class. Some basic metalworking skills will be required for the project. There may be welding modifications with the frame, and also working with aluminum sheets, stainless steel, and installing the wood burning stove, etc. If in doubt about any of these details, consult a skilled professional.

My designs are constantly improving with each build; you will be given free updates when there are improvements. I also welcome your inquiries when information is missing or unclear as it helps me improve the product. By purchasing the plans you enter into a community of like-minded builders.

Purchase of the plans constitutes a license for a one-time build of a sauna using the plans. Prints may be made only for use by the builder. These plans are copyrighted by Rob Licht 2023. Purchase of these plans constitutes a license to build one sauna for personal use. These are not intended for commercial use. Building more than one sauna requires purchase of a separate license for each sauna.
